Abstract

The article deals with the problem of measuring the innovative potential of the personality of civil servants. As tools, the author analyzes the possibilities of diagnostics and assessment in relation to such a complex object of research as the innovative potential of a civil servant. Comparative analysis allows us to conclude about the advantages of diagnostic research of innovative potential.
