Abstract

The article discusses the essence, goals, objectives, as well as the history of the creation and transformation of the National Welfare Fund of Russia. The role of the fund in the development of the country’s economy is analyzed, the features of its formation and use in various periods are revealed. The current problems of the Fund at the current moment are identified, possible directions for its development and effective use at the present stage are proposed.
