ПРАВОВОЙ НИГИЛИЗМ В УСЛОВИЯХ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ НОВОЙ КОНСТИТУЦИИ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

Abstract

The article discusses the problems of legal nihilism in the context of the formation of the new Constitution of the Russian Federation in order to better understand the processes occurring in crisis periods of society. The author considers the inconsistency of the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation 1993 with the existing reality as one of the reasons for the nihilistic perception by the population of legal requirements. The gaps and contradictions laid down in constitutional provisions form a solid foundation of legal nihilism, giving rise to legal, political, national and other conflicts.
