Abstract

The article analyzes the legal framework for the creation, functioning and state support of non-profit organizations in the Russian Federation. Attention is paid to socially oriented non- profit organizations, as well as giving them the status of performers of socially useful services for the implementation of activities aimed at solving social problems and developing civil society.
