Abstract

In the modern framework of public administration reform through the prism of the technological revolution, the topics related to the implementation of the technological platform - egovernment - are being updated. E-government has received its distribution through the means of civil society and public organizations. The geography of the implementation of this mechanism covers a large number of countries, governments implement information and communication technologies, such as the Internet and technological networks, in order to organize effective interaction between the public sector and citizens, enterprises, and other non-governmental institutions.
