СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ КАДРОВОЙ РАБОТЫ В СИСТЕМЕ МУНИЦИПАЛЬНОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ

Abstract

The article discusses the importance of solving the personnel problem in the work of local authorities through raising the level of professional development of municipal employees on an ongoing, systematic basis, as well as the problem of improving training, retraining and advanced training. The necessity of forming a qualitatively new level of professional training for the personnel of local self-government bodies, including managerial personnel and deputies of the municipal level, is emphasized; directions are proposed for solving this problem.
