Abstract

The article considers the role of social technologies as a tool for combining the efforts of local authorities and the population in order to achieve the effectiveness of municipal education management. The analysis of interpretations of the phenomenon of «social technologies» allows us to delve into the problems of technologization of the municipal management system and justify the need for the use of social technologies in the activities of municipal authorities to ensure the life of the municipal society. Features and problems of introduction of social technologies in municipal education management are defined.
