РЕЗЕРВ УПРАВЛЕНЧЕСКИХ КАДРОВ: ПРАКТИКА ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ НА РЕГИОНАЛЬНОМ УРОВНЕ

Abstract

The article considers the problem of improving the personnel of the civil service through the prism of creating personnel reserves. The data on the distribution of persons included in various levels of the federal reserve in the context of national / priority projects are provided. As an example of the formation of a reserve of managerial personnel at the regional level, the subjects of the Russian Federation included in the North Caucasus Federal District are considered. Attention is paid to the need for planning the need for a reserve of managerial personnel.
