Abstract

The transformation into a new technological era is due to the digital orientation of the development of various spheres of life. As a basis for this transformation in foreign practice, documents are being developed that define the strategic vector of the development and implementation of digital infrastructure and the main target indicators to achieve in the short or long term. As a result, the authors give recommendations on the creation of a strategic document as the basis for the formation of a digital infrastructure of Russian reality; identified the main directions that will be laid in the basis of this document. As one of the directions, the integration of the public administration system into the new technological space is highlighted, as one of the main objects subject to digital impact, as well as the subject that forms the state policy in the field of digital transformation.
