Abstract

The article considers the problem of low birth rate in the Kirov region. A statistical analysis of the influence of various socio-economic factors on the birth rate and reproductive plans of the population is carried out. The information base for statistical analysis is the results of selective observation of reproductive plans of the population, conducted in the Kirov region in 2017.
