Abstract

Scientific article discusses the procedural basis for participation as an expert in the preliminary investigation of psychologists military unit, which certainly contributes to the full and comprehensive investigation of the crimes in the armed groups. Offers innovative aspects of the investigator, including a military investigator expertise psychologist, taking into account the traumatic factor.
