The commercialization of technologies has recently received considerable attention. In this connection purpose of article is research of Russian practice in the field of commercialization of technologies and the definition of the features of this process in the Russian market. In article examines what problems of commercialization of the results of scientific-research and experimentaldesign works take place in Russia now. Propose priorities for improving of commercialization of the results of scientific-research and experimental-design works in Russia.
