Лучшие российские практики внедрения проектного управления в деятельность органов местного самоуправления

Abstract

The article discusses the best Russian practices of implementing project management in the activities of local authorities. The winners of the “Project Olympus-2018” contest the Khimki city district and the city of Magnitogorsk, in which project offices are successfully operating, are aimed at solving topical socio-economic problems of municipalities as examples. The authors of the article focuses on the fact that from the implementation of the project approach in the activities of municipal institutions it is recommended to move towards the strategic planning of their development, integrating this system with the system defined by the development strategy of the municipality.
