Инструменты психобиографического анализа управленческой успешности в кадровой работе на государственной гражданской службе

Abstract

The article considers the possibility and expediency of using psychobiographical methods in the public service in personnel work. The experience of applying a biographical personal and professional questionnaire developed by the faculty for the assessment and development of managerial personnel at the Higher School of Economics of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration is based on the psychobiographical analysis of data on the life path of a person in the context of professional (managerial) activities. It is shown that the use of a biographical personal and professional questionnaire when assessing in the civil service opens up new prospects selection based on the forecast of managerial career success of candidates for managerial reserves and work with them, based on the identified psychobiographical factors that are predictors of this success.
