Abstract

The article discusses the main prerequisites and opportunities for implementing project management at the local level. Among the main problems, the author emphasizes the lack of readiness of personnel for the transition to “project tracks”, the lack of appropriate qualifications for employees to work in project groups. The article focuses on the development of measures to minimize risks in the development and further implementation of projects that increase the efficiency of local government.
