Abstract

The degree of cartelization of the Russian economy, especially socially significant sectors, is a threat to the economic security of the state. The latency of anticompetitive agreements complicates their identification and prevention. The development of competition law, the use of modern technologies and the interaction of competent supervisory structures will increase the effectiveness of anti-cartel policies.
