Территория опережающего социально-экономического развития как инструмент региональной инвестиционной политики

Abstract

Issues of economic development of the subjects of the Russian Federation are an object of scientific and practical discussions. Each subject of the Russian Federation needs a unique combination of investment policy instruments based on the level and characteristics of the region’s development. Therefore, Russia has developed a wide range of financial and non-financial measures of state support for investment activities, as well as complex facilities of investment infrastructure, which can be applied by the authorities in various variations at their own discretion. The purpose of this paper is to describe the nature, content and main results of the functioning the territories of advanced social and economic development in Russia by the example of the Sverdlovsk region.
