Abstract

The paper researches the reform of the control and supervisory activities of the authorities of the Russian Federation by the example of the implementation of federal state energy supervision. It gives the characteristics of the current state of the control and supervisory activities of the Russian authorities. When analyzing special regulatory legal acts, scientific, analytical and expert literature, the features of further reforming the federal state energy supervision are revealed. The authors propose recommendations for the reform of the control and supervisory activities of the authorities of the Russian Federation in the field of federal state energy supervision
