Совершенствование первичной адаптации молодых специалистов в органах государственной власти (на материалах Министерства по управлению государственным имуществом Свердловской области)

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to analyze the problems of primary adaptation of young professionals civil servants. The authors identify the problems of law enforcement of existing regulations. On the basis of empirical research the authors analyze the main difficulties faced by young professionals in entering the civil service, identify the main problems of the existing system of mentoring in public authorities. Based on the results of the study, recommendations have been developed to improve the effectiveness of the tools for the adaptation of young professionals in public authorities.
