Abstract

The paper describes the current situation of management training of managerial personnel, offers suggestions on changing the current practice, combining traditional and innovative teaching methods, integrating the theory of institutional matrices, professional space model into management training programs, which will help managers adapt to the social and economic challenges of the 21st century.
