Анализ факторов повышения производительности труда в российской экономике

Abstract

The paper deals with the GDP per capita indicator from the standpoint of its one and a half increase by mid 2020th. That goal was stated in President’s message to Russian Federal Assembly in 2018. The main objective of the research is to analyze the labor productivity factors in Russia. The subject of study is the labor productivity as a main resource for GDP per capita growth. The dynamics of Russian macroeconomic efficiency indicators are analyzed. The factors variety is estimated within the framework of regression models to achieve labor productivity target values. The article concludes that a radical change in the dynamics of labor productivity factors should be done. The results of the study can be used to plan economic indicators at the macro and micro levels.
