Abstract

The paper deals with the possibility of state and municipal employees training at the stage of higher education and in the system of professional development. The choice of the purpose of the study is due to the importance of training the municipal ones as the first representatives of the state in interaction with citizens. The author considers an example of studying some of the presented personal and professional resources and competencies and proposes the ways of solving the identified problems in the educational process of the University and training programs.
