Abstract

The paper discusses the main problems associated with ensuring the quality of the result of collective choice. The main factors affecting the result of mass voting, which is a special case of collective choice (the quality of the electors, the quality of alternatives, the mechanisms of individual and collective choice, choice management technology and selection conditions).
