Abstract

The paper discusses the social design of the system of training specialists in sociology of management, as a rational-theoretical (at the design stage), and practical (at the proj ect implementation stage) impact from the subject (designer) on the object of the training system, aimed at preserving and developing the internal structure, the adaptation of elements to the changing conditions of existence, the acquisition by the system of new qualitative characteristics ensuring its progressive (progressive) development.
