Оценка результативности документов стратегического планирования в целях обеспечения экономической безопасности

Abstract

The paper justifies the need for a regular assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of strategic planning documents. The authors present a methodology for analyzing the achievement of national development goals of the Russian Federation formulated in Presidential Decree of 07 May 2018 No. 204 “On the national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024”. It is noted that the approved and existing methodology for assessing the effectiveness of strategic planning documents will not only improve the efficiency of public administration, but will also become a part of monitoring risks and threats to the economic security of the country.
