Особенности управления процессами этнокультурного взаимодействия в региональной полиэтнической среде

Abstract

The paper is devoted to a problem of creation of effective model of management of the region with non-uniform ethnic structure. According to the author, the main focus of administrative activity has to be concentrated on creation of conditions for expansion of opportunities of ethnocultural interaction between representatives of various ethnic groups taking into account spatial and environmental and the initial cultural of factors of development of social space of the region.
