Abstract

The paper describes the algorithms of interaction between suppliers and consumers of housing and communal services on the basis of blockchain technology, hashchain and cryptography methods. Blockchain procedures for concluding a contract for the supply of utilities, accounting for consumption, forming an invoice for payment and resolving problems have been developed. The proposed methods allow both suppliers and consumers of public services to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the data, as well as their protection and indestructibility.
