Abstract

The paper discusses the modern directions of public administration in the development of a platform economy. It also reveals the goal of digital transformation of public administration, which is based on the principles of customer orientation, omni-channelity, and maximizing the usefulness of government activities for citizens. The author determines advantages and disadvantages of the platform economy.
