Анализ внедрения проектного управления в органах исполнительной власти и органах местного самоуправления Карачаево-Черкесской Республики

Abstract

The paper presents an analysis of the practice of implementing project activities in the executive authorities and local authorities of the Karachai-Cherkes Republic. It considers the state of the investment climate in the region. The purpose of the paper is to study the status of implementation of target models in the Karachai-Cherkes Republic in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 16, 2018 No. 1206-p, as well as consideration of measures taken to implement the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2018 No. 204 national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024”. The paper analyzes the introduction of 12 target models of simplifying business procedures and increasing the investment attractiveness of the Karachai-Cherkes Republic. It reflects the percentage indicators to achieve the target models. The key problems that determine the investment climate in the republic are identified. The author reviews the conducted activities for participation in federal national projects and an integrated approach during their implementation. The paper gives details of the regional component of national projects. The information base of the research is the official data of the Government and the executive authorities of the Karachai-Cherkes Republic.
