Abstract

The authors analyze modern models of government, business and science institutions’ interaction. They determine directions of the model implementation for tourism development in the region, including the training of highly qualified personnel, as well as basic principles of cluster mechanism development in the tourism of the North Caucasus region and the problems and prospects of its implementation on the territory of the Republic of Dagestan in the aspect of the special economic zones functioning.
