Abstract

The paper considers the dependence of the prestige of the civil service on the system of motivation. The author comes to the conclusion that the existing material elements of motivation of civil servants are not perfect, and non-material incentives are practically absent, it is necessary to pay special attention to non-monetary methods of stimulation of civil servants.
