Abstract

The paper justifies the need to plan the placement of personnel in such a way as to take into account the requirements in time, in the right place, in the right quantity, the necessary qualifications for solving the tasks set. It is on the results of human resource planning that its effectiveness depends. Personnel planning is carried out both in the interests of effective public administration and in the interests of the workers themselves.
