Ключевые характеристики регионального экономического кластера: зарубежный и отечественный подходы

Abstract

The paper presents a comparative analysis of approaches to the definition of the category “regional cluster” in foreign and domestic literature. The key characteristics of regional clusters are summarized and their difference from industrial clusters is shown. It is concluded that one of the reasons hindering the implementation of cluster policy in Russia and its regions is the lack of a clear understanding of what is considered a cluster.
