Abstract

This paper discusses the personnel shortage of medical personnel, namely the medical staff. The analysis of foreign experience shows the growing orientation of personnel policy aimed at achieving the structure of medical personnel that corresponds to the needs of the health care system and society as a whole. The distribution of medical graduates is one of the solutions of the acute problem of doctors shortage.
