Abstract

The present paper describes the general principles of constructing systems with a distributed registry, which are based on cryptography methods. Authors create subscribers’ models that define information about what the subscriber can do and what the subscriber cannot do. The paper gives examples of algorithms and models of interaction between the main participants of the block-hashchain network for registering payment for housing and communal services. These algorithms and models are the result of a scientific research carried out by a group of student-scientists during 2016-2018 within the limits of the initiative scientific work under the guidance of Anatoly Makarov, Professor of the Pyatigorsk State University.
