Цифровая трансформация российских регионов: предпосылки и направления проведения

Abstract

The paper provides a rationale for the relevance of the digital transformation of the Russian economy associated with modern global trends in the introduction of information and communication technologies in all spheres of human activity. Statistics on the place of Russia in the world in the development of the digital economy and the use of ICT is provided. The author gives examples of pilot projects of the “digital reset” of the Russian regions. The need for training for the new economy in the regions using the scientific and technical potential of local universities is also emphasized.
