Abstract

The paper considers the World Skills Russia movement as the mechanism for fundamental changes in the talent development framework within the system of secondary vocational training by the example of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. The paper presents the analysis of the performance benchmarks and key milestones of the “reset” in the secondary vocational training system under dynamic special variations as well.
