Образовательный потенциал современного города как фактор развития сельских территорий (на примере высшего образования в РСО-Алания)

Abstract

This paper analyzes the problem of educational potential of the modern city as an essential factor of development of rural areas (for example, higher education in the RNO-Alania). The author believes that the main direction of the development of rural settlements is to ensure their connection with the larger cities where there are higher education institutions. Only University by preparing qualified personnel can contribute to the development of the modern villages of the country.
