Abstract

In the paper questions of financing the education sphere in Russia are being updated. The concept and content of the category “educational insurance” is considered, the role of educational insurance in financing education expenditures and the human development system is justified. Prospects for the development of educational insurance and its potential for solving the financial problems of education in modern Russian conditions are explored. Areas for the development of educational insurance in Russia are proposed.
