Abstract

Based on a variety of scientific literature the authors analyze the processes of ensuring the national and regional security of our country through the prism of economic development and financial well-being. The propose the measures to optimize and to improve the economic mechanism of the economy of our country through the introduction of direct production of high-tech technologies, training and retraining of relevant personnel who can work with such technologies.
