Abstract

The paper considers the main problems of additional vocational education and training (AVET) as a basic element of human capital. Drawing on the reports of the World Bank, Federal State Statistics Service, reports of the national government and studies of domestic scientists showed a high degree of AVT influence on the welfare of the national and regional economic potential of the North Caucasus region.
