Алгоритм расчета стоимости арендных платежей за земельные участки промназначения с использованием метода рыночной экстракции

Abstract

The paper reflects questions of calculations of value of rental payments basing on the market value of the real estate using the coefficient calculated by market extraction of these offer prices of rent and cost of the land plots. By the example of the land plots of the region of Caucasian Mineral Waters region and according to the publication of offers the calculation of coefficient of the gross rent animator defining a ratio of the amount of the rent and market value of the land plot is made. The author gives the example of the rent value calculation of the land plot of industrial purpose that is situated in the industrial zone of the city of Pyatigorsk.
