Abstract

A new trend in the system of state and municipal management is a project-based approach. Its implementation is due to the need to ensure transparency of the activities of state and municipal authorities, saving financial resources and meeting the deadlines for the implementation of programs. In this regard, there is a problem of training of project management entities that have the necessary level of design and research culture. It is expedient to carry out its formation in the process of technologies reproducing the stages inherent in real project activity.
