Abstract

The present study actualizes the task of creating an effective system for the management of the civil service and a highly efficient body of civil servants. The trends in the field of personnel management indicate that in the conditions of reforming civil service in need of innovative HR technology that will allow to create effective system of personnel management in accordance with modern requirements of the Russian civil service.
