Abstract

The paper discusses the role and importance of the state cultural policy for the implementation of the socio-cultural potential of the country. A special role belongs to human capital and socio-cultural factors, which are designed to ensure national security, preserve and enhance the cultural heritage of Russian society, and solve the urgent problems of modern Russia.
