The article reveals the current state of the hotel infrastructure on the CMS. The perspectives of the development of the hotel industry in the region are shown, the possibilities of increasing the level of satisfaction with the services of regional hotels by differentiating the accommodation facilities in accordance with the purposes of tourists and tourists staying there.
