Северный Кавказ в новом технологическом укладе: проблемы, возможности, перспективы развития

Abstract

The article shows that the North Caucasus region at the current stage of development needs a new economic model that would ensure human welfare, while preserving resources and not exposing future generations to significant environmental risks. That is, in the NCFD it is necessary to update the programs and development strategies of each subject and the district as a whole. The article shows that each subject of the North Caucasus needs a unified methodology for implementing Law No. 172-FZ and the unified principles for the development of strategic planning documents, an integrated approach to the systemic and continuity of strategic documents, an approved plan for preparing documents for strategic planning of the district, goals, tasks of social and economic development of subjects and their decomposition by industries and territories. Also, the work emphasizes that effective development of the region today is only possible with an orientation in development to new technological solutions, based on the active introduction of technological, organizational and institutional innovations. At the same time, the main guideline (should) is the concept of triune: “green” innovative economy, energy efficiency and sustainable development.
