Abstract

Joint stock companies have a number of advantages in comparison with other forms of ownership doing by their most suitable form for large business. Joint stock companies represent the most perfect legal mechanism on the organization of economy. The purpose of this work is identification of important problems of management of joint stock companies and ways of their decision, and also detection of features of management.
