n article the main problems of ecotechnologies in the real estate market are considered. Questions of state policy in the field of strategic decisions in the real estate market on the basis of ecological approach are analyzed. The project of the main directions of “green” construction, significantly affecting the real estate market, and coordinated with a general nature protection course of the UN is offered. Thanks to development of a market relationship, there are newest modern views of the real estate, innovative developments extend, there are integrated forms and new subjects of a market relationship taking into account eco-protective tendencies in market economy.
