Abstract

Simplifying the return of capital to the country as one of the methods of attracting foreign direct investment is the subject of this article. People who take money abroad are the first candidates for return as foreign investors, since they are most familiar with the market and have preferential connections for its conduct, rather than a foreign investor from another country. The state needs to create measures to encourage the attraction of former residents back to the country. Knowing the country from the inside, returning emigrants can not only bring with them technology and capital, but also determine where it can be most effectively used.
